Planned activities during stage 1
Activity 1.1
Continuous monitoring, planning and evaluation of the progress of the research activity under the project in accordance with the the planned program.
Activity 1.2
Preparation of detailed project reports.
Activity 1.3
Organizing seminars and workshops (together with Chinese partners).
Activity 1.4
Dissemination of the results through: publications in journals with impact factor / impact rank, monograph, book chapters, collections of reports at international conferences, refereed in WoS / Scopus; participation in scientific forums, conferences, symposiums, seminars, etc.
Activity 1.5
Maintaining excellent communication with Chinese partners in order to synchronize the activities for the implementation of project tasks.
Results achieved during stage 1
- Under this work package, continuous monitoring, planning and evaluation of the progress of the planned research activity during stage 1 of the project was carried out in order to carry it out in time in accordance with the drawn up plan and the planned work program.
- The interim reporting documentation for the implementation of stage 1 of the project has been prepared and checked.
- Workshops were organized during stage 1 of the project in order to present and discuss the results obtained (so far), and to collect ideas and make recommendations for future research work on the project.
- Opportunities for cooperation with other interested teams and organizations were discussed, e.g. TSU "Information Modeling" of the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IMI-BAS) regarding the preparation of models of IoT services for provision by the developed IoT platform EMULSION.
- Active publishing activity and wide popularization of the results from stage 1 of the project have been achieved through:
- Scientific reports presented mainly at international scientific forums (32). Among the reports are 1 plenary report and 2 key reports presented at international forums by the project leader, and 1 invitation report, also presented by the project manager at a national forum with international participation.
- Publication of articles in: journals with impact factor (5 publications.), publications with impact rank without impact factor (13 publications.), collections of papers at international conferences, refereed in WoS / Scopus (15,351) and others (0,902).
- Continuous excellent communication was maintained with the Chinese partners in order to synchronize the activities for the implementation of the tasks during stage 1 of the project, their timely implementation and joint publication of the achieved results.
